Maybe you're concerned about injuring yourself? PT can help to recognise the symptoms so that better exercises can be chosen.

Maybe you lack motivation? Even top athletes have a training partner, someone to squeeze the best out of them. PT will safely make the most of your workout time for you and encourage you to achieve what you may never have thought possible.

Perhaps you have a busy schedule with limited leisure time? Give your mind a rest and let someone else sort out what weights you should lift or how far you need to run. Your trainer will know how to make your sessions enjoyable whilst closely monitoring your progress.

Your initial appointment is preceded by a complimentary Fitness Appraisal. This one-hour session includes measurements of aerobic capacity, lung efficiency, body fat content and flexibility. This provides us with an accurate reflection of your health & fitness. We will ask you about your goals and aims. Together this data allows us to plan your programme. How you want to take things from there is entirely up to you.
